The new 95-inch wheelbase Warrior two-seater chassis retails for just $365.00 plus shipping, a price tag 50% less than most fully welded 95-inch models. Since the Warrior comes as a knockdown kit, it costs less to ship too, saving even more money. For a shipping estimate, see our Warrior Quote Page. With clear, illustrated instructions, the Warrior is easy to assemble, even for a novice builder.

Though we cut the Warrior's price and shipping costs, we kept the quality. Warrior frames are 1-1/2-inch, 13-gauge, mild steel tubing mandrel bent for added strength and good looks. Its 51-inch width comfortably seats two and features a 41-1/2-inch height cage that easily accommodates popular poly-seats with headroom to spare. The flange-mounted rear cage allows quick and easy removal of the engine. And the Warrior features Berrien Buggy's extra-wide, 2-1/2-inch front end clamps for greater strength and durability on rugged terrain.

The Warrior chassis is available for link/king pin or balljoint front end and swing axle or IRS rear torsions. Laser-cut shifter box with shift tube hanger and seatback brace comes standard. Options include treebars, bumpers and a three-piece fiberglass body available in six standard gel-coat colors.

Since it's from Berrien Buggy, the 95-inch Warrior incorporates 31 years of off-road chassis design/manufacturing experience - experience that has made Berrien Buggy the industry standard for performance.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping for frames and fiberglass bodies is calculated separately and sent to the customer for approval. It is NOT included in the shipping total for your shopping cart order. If you can not take delivery at our Detroit, Michigan, USA location, shipping charges may range from $400-$1000 or more for assembled chassis. The WARRIOR and CRUISER Chassis Knock-down kits ship for around $100, depending on your location inside the United States.

For a fully welded chassis, there is an additional $125 core charge for the torsion assembly, assuming you do not provide us with an exchange torsion. For partially tacked chassis, there is an additional $50 charge for welding in place an optional torsion assembly, plus $125 core charge. Also, we recommend you order an IRS rear end with your chassis, since this gives you the most flexibility.
