MECHANICAL
BOOST |
|
1) Disconnect negative(-) battery cable. |
2) Cut hose between the surge tank and the fuel regulator. |
3) Connect the cut edges (a) and (b) by using the three-way
connector. |
4) Connect the supplied hose to the three-way connector
(c). |
5) Connect the other side of the supplied hose to the
gauge (d). |
6) Connect the white wire and the black wire. |
7) Reconnect negative(-) battery cable. |

To avoid disconnection of rubber hose and air leak, attach
hose clamps, and use tie-wraps to secure to adjacent hose
in the engine compartment. Disconnection of hose or air
leak could cause the engine damage. |

OIL
PRESSURE |
|
1) Disconnect negative(-) battery cable. |
2) Connect the power supply wire. |
3) Connect the pressure sensor. Use 1/8NPT adapter if
needed. |
4) Connect the sensor wire. |
5) Reconnect negative(-) battery cable. |

To avoid oil leak, use Teflon tape. Before driving, inspect
oil leak. Leak could cause a fire or damage of the engine.

FUEL
PRESSURE |
|
1) Disconnect negative(-) battery cable. |
2) Connect the power supply wire. |
3) Connect the pressure sensor. Use 1/8NPT adapter
if needed. |
4) Connect the sensor wire. |
5) Reconnect negative(-) battery cable. |

To avoid fuel leak, use Teflon tape. Before driving,
inspect hose connections for fuel leak. Leak could cause
a fire. |

TEMPERATURE |
|
1) Disconnect negative(-) battery cable. |
2) Connect the power supply wire. |
3) Connect the temperature sensor. |
4) Connect the sensor wire. |
5) Reconnect negative(-) battery cable. |

To avoid water/oil leak, use Teflon tape. Before driving,
inspect water/oil leak. Leak could cause a fire or damage
of the engine. |

EXHAUST
TEMPERATURE |
|
1) Disconnect negative(-) battery cable. |
2) Connect the power supply wire. |
3) Connect the exhaust temperature sensor by using 1/8NPT
fitting. |
4) Connect the sensor wire. |
5) Reconnect negative(-) battery cable. |

To avoid personal injury, do not begin installation of
exhaust temp. sensor while the engine is warm.

When drilling a hole to attach sensor to the exhaust system,
make sure no metal remain in the exhaust pipe. |
|
AIR/FUEL
RATIO |
 |
1) Disconnect negative(-) battery cable. |
2) Connect the power supply wire. |
3) Connect the exhaust temperature sensor by using 1/8NPT
fitting. |
4) Connect the sensor wire. |
5) Reconnect negative(-) battery cable. |
*A commercial oxygen sensor is necessary to be purchased
separately. Please use a sensor which is conformed to
the recommended aspect as shown below. |

TACHOMETER
|
Before install this product, please read "Safety Warning,"
"Regarding Product Handling," and "Before Installation"
thoroughly.

*Use the cylinder number select switch at the back of
the control unit to set the number of cylinders that matches
your engine. |

How
to install Tachometer |
1. Inset the convex part of the mounting bracket over the
legs of the meter case. Attach the mounting bracket to the meter
case with the nuts and bolts included with the kit as shown
figure 1. (Do not fasten tightly.) |
2. Fasten the tapping screws where you intend to attach the
meter. |
3. Fasten the meter case to the proper direction and fasten
the M6 bolt. |
4. Attach the buffers all around the meter(front and rear)
as shown figure 2. |
5. Pass the meter wiring through hole on the meter case and
connect it to the meter. |
6. Place the meter in the meter case making sure that wiring
is not sandwiched. |
7. Fasten the meters case's bolt from the back side of the
meter case. |
